Please register your participation by 24 July.
Please also complete your conference registration and payment through the official website. The early-bird registration deadline is 18 July (Sat). You can also register for the Technical Tour during the online registration process.
Optional Tour (Nusantara Technical Visit)
If you wish to join the Nusantara Technical Visit, please send an email to icapps@cpij.or.jp by 10 July with the following information:

3. Other comments (if any)
* If you are applying as a group, please include the names and affiliations of all participants.
* If the number of applications exceeds the available capacity, participants will be selected by lottery
Registration Fees
Conference
General: USD 150 (Regular) / USD 125 (Early-Bird)
Student: USD 100 (Regular) / USD 75 (Early-Bird)
* The early-bird rate is available until 18 July.
* The conference fee includes participation in all programs scheduled for 19-20 August.
Technical Tours
Course 1 (Jakarta Coastal Area): USD 50
Course 2 (Blok M Urban Hub): USD 35
* No student discount is available.
* Each course is limited to 75 participants.
Optional Tour (Nusantara Technical Visit)
USD 600
* The tour is a 2-day, 1-night program scheduled for 21-22 August. Please note that the dates have been changed from the original announcement.
* The participation fee includes round-trip airfare, ground transportation, accommodation, and meals (lunch and dinner on 21 August; breakfast and lunch on 22 August).
* Flight tickets, accommodation, and other travel arrangements will be made by the ICAPPS 2026 Organizing Committee.
* Participants may be asked to provide their passport information at a later date for travel arrangements.
Paper Submission
Authors whose abstracts have been accepted or conditionally accepted are requested to submit their paper (Short Paper or Full Paper) via the submission form below by 7 June.
Before submitting your paper, please make sure to review the Application Rules and the Writing Guidelines. We strongly recommend that authors have their manuscripts professionally edited or proofread before submission.

Template and Important Notice
Abstract for the screening review
Registration due: From April 1 to April 10, 2026
Volume and Composition: It should be prepared in 2 pages. There should be the title, author name, text (including Introduction, Methodology, Findings and Conclusion). It is acceptable to include figures, tables, notes and references if necessary. Authors affiliation and e-mail address of the corresponding author should be written on the footer of the first page.
Short Paper or Full Paper
Volume: The short paper should be prepared in 4 or 5 pages. The full paper should be prepared from 8 to 20 pages.
Composition: The first page should contain only the title, authors' names, affiliation, abstract (around 200 words), keywords (3-6), and the corresponding author's e-mail address. The main text should be written from the second page. Please be sure to confirm the writing guidelines.
Important Dates
- Submission of Abstract for the Screening review: April 1-10, 2026
- Acceptance Notification: by the end of April of 2026
- Submission of Extended Abstract or Full Paper: by 7 June of 2026
